How do I redeem my voucher?

Redeeming Your Voucher

Redeeming your voucher is easy!  Simply follow the instructions provided with your voucher on on the deal page where you purchased your voucher.

If you are unable to locate that information, please follow the steps below.

  1. Visit the Redeem Your Voucher page by clicking the following link (you must use the following link or your redemption code may not be accepted at checkout):  Redeem Your Voucher Here
  2. Select the product which matches the product name on your voucher.  Please be cautious as we have  several products with similar names.  If you select the incorrect product or product option, your redemption code will not be accepted at checkout.
  3. Some products may have several options available once you are on the product page.  Please be sure to select the option which matches the product voucher purchased.
    1. Examples:
      1. Vitamin Tests + 50% off Personalized Vitamins will have an option for Test Only or Test + Vitamins.. There is an additional fee for the Test+Vitamins option.  However, your voucher will cover the Test Only option.
      2. Food Sensitivity Test (Hair) will have three options (levels): Essential, Advanced and Comprehensive.  Please select the level which is indicated on your voucher.
      3. LipoPatch will have several options based on pack size (30, 60, 90).  Please select the pack size which matches your voucher.
      4. Semaglutide Rx and TirzepatideRx each of these products will include a Rx Only option and a Rx+Test option once you are on the product page.  If you purchased the option which included the hormone test, please select the Rx + Test option.  Otherwise, select the Rx Only option.
  4. Once you have selected the appropriate product and added it to your cart, please proceed to checkout.  You must complete one order per voucher being redeemed in our store.
  5. Enter your Redemption Code in the Discount area of checkout and then click Apply.  Please keep in mind that some products require shipping to be paid at checkout as shipping may not be included in your purchased deal.
  6. Complete your order
