How do I register my test?

Before submitting your sample for testing, you must first register your test in the Healthogenics Portal.

You will need to have your Test Kit Barcode available for registration.  Your test kit barcode will be provided one of two ways:

1. Hair Sample Tests (Voucher Redemption):
   
   1. You will not receive a test kit for your order.  Your order will be reviewed by our lab and you will receive a follow up email within 24 hours (during normal business hours) containing further instructions and your test kit barcode.  We do not review orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Saliva and Hair Sample Tests (No Voucher Redeemed)
   1. Your test kit will be mailed to you and will contain the test kit barcode and instructions. 

First, you will need to create a Healthogenics Portal account at my.healthogenics.com.  You will then login to your portal account and follow the prompts to register your test.
