How long does it take to receive my test results?
Test Results Timeline
Saliva and Hair Sample Tests: Once your sample has been received by our lab, your results will be processed and made available to you in your Healthogenics Portal within 5 business days. You will receive an email and SMS notification (if you have opted in to SMS) once your results are available.
If your sample is received and you have not yet registered your test, you will be notified via email and your sample will be placed on a processing hold until your test has been registered. You can access your Healthogenics Portal via the following link: https://my.healthogenics.com/
