Understanding the Food Sensitivity Test

The Food Sensitivity Test is an at-home test that screens for foods, beverages, and ingredients sensitivities. It includes a secure online results portal and a diet and elimination guide to help you understand your results.

We offer several test levels to choose from.  Your items tested will depend on the test purchased. Our Comprehensive Food Sensitivity Test test for 1200+ items including foods, drinks, food additives, vitamin, minerals, amino acid imbalances, gut health imbalances, metabolism, inflammation and more!

Your test includes:

• Test Results (Items tested are dependent on the test purchased)

• Help Center to help you understand your results

1. Use the email you received to register your barcode and access the sample collection instructions.
2. Collect your sample and complete the test form.
3. Place the sample in the prepaid return envelope.
4. Mail the sample back to the lab.
5. After the lab receives your sample, you will receive an email with a link to view your results online in about 5 business days.

The test is designed to help identify possible food sensitivities (and other imbalnces if included in the purchased test level). The results are intended to guide you in identifying foods which may not be beneficial for you at this time and to support an elimination plan.

The Food Sensitivity Test is not intended to diagnose allergies or medical conditions. The results should be used as a guide rather than the basis for drastic changes on your own.
