When will I receive my test kit?

Healthogenics offers several test types which are fulfilled based on the type of test.  Below, we have provided fulfillment information for each test type.

• Hair Sample Tests:  If youhave purchased your test from a 3rd party voucher, you have purchased ahair sample test.  These tests do not include a test kit and a test kit will not be shipped to you. 
  • Once your order is placed/redeemed in our store, it is reviewed and approved my our Lab Team.  Your Test Barcode will be assigned within 24 hours of redemption in our store (during normal business hours).  
  • Once your Test Barcode has been assigned, you will receive an email from Healthogenics containing Instructions and a Sample Submission Form.  Please read the email in its entirety and follow the instructions provided.
  • You will mail your sample from your home or drop off your sample at your nearest courier.  We highly recommend sending your sample via tracked shipping.
• Blood Spot and Saliva Tests:  If youhave purchased your test directly from Healthogenics, or from a partner which does not provide you with a voucher, your kit will be processed and fulfilled within 2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your region.
  
  • Your instructions, sample collection materials, and return shipping supplies and label will be included in your kit.  Simply follow the instructions and return your sample.
